Has anyone else noticed an increase in bad attitude towards social housing from property owners? I hought the UK was progressive and believed innequality but it seems to me the division is growing?

@IAmThePrettiestManOnMyIsland Yeah I looked back at the OP’s posts and found it all a bit strange.

The thread title and opening post sounded as if they were challenging the negativity against social housing tenants then subsequent updates seem to have joined in with that negativity.

complain to the banks, why are mortgage rates so high?

And that's not include costs, maintenance.. Why should landlords barely break even for doing a business?

You expect to pay cost prices for your clothes/ food/ holidays?

Social housing is generally not for profit. My partner worked for a SH company for years.

Private landlords are a different kettle of fish.

And mortgage rates are low compared to what I paid for donkeys years

@Antiquedoll said.........The type of person in social housing has deteriorated over the years. Fecklessness no accountability and a scourge on society.

But thats what the SH haters want so thats what you got. And its still what many continue to want it to be going by some on this thread.
