it sure if it a absess but it look like it got pus but it doesn’t bother him and he acting normal he got a dentist appointment on wed but what it could be

And yet so many people are suggesting a mouth ulcer when it looks nothing like one…

Has your son hit his front tooth at all? I am a dentist and it does look like it could be an abscess. The tooth looks slightly damaged, it's hard to say from the picture if there is some decay or just a chip. It doesn't look like an ulcer to me. As it's a baby tooth and if it isn't hurting, I often just monitor and wait for baby tooth to come out on its own. But definitely get it looked at in person as hard to tell from pic alone
