To ask if anyone else finds supermarket shopping stressful?

Just been to Asda and it was hell, entire families doing the shopping, kids running up and down aisles and screaming at top note, groups of young teenagers shouting and messing around, it's just a stressful environment.
I have misophonia which doesn't help but I don't think kids should be allowed to run up and down supermarkets shrieking.

I find online shopping stressful, I'm autistic & the not knowing what will be missing from the shop or exactly when my delivery driver will turn up, it's like waiting for a bomb to drop. Having said that I don't miss trawling around the shop, the bright lights, noise from the checkouts, fighting my way down the aisles blocked by other customers trollies while they have a 2 hour conversation, kids running around, loading everything on the checkout to then have to pack it all away, carrying it from the car to home.
