Outside if it’s dry, inside on an airer with the dehumidifier running if it’s wet. Bedding and towels usually end up in the dryer in the winter if it’s rainy.

Havent got a tumbledrier

OH does the washing and there are lots of disputes about this

He wont hang anything out unless its hot and sunny, no matter how much I say its not the heat as such or the sun as such that dries clothes

So unless its hot and sunny it goes inside with the dehumidifier on, costng electricity and makign the room boiling hot.

Tumble dryer

We have a utility room with a ceiling airer, normal airer and dehumidifier. I do a wash in the evening and hang it up with dehumidifier on (not left on overnight or if we are out). Then finish off the next day in the tumble dryer.

Sheets get tumble dried completely in the winter, skip the airer bit as sheets are too big!
