Hi my daughter of 22 moved out and I didn’t tell them . Do I need to tell them where she has moved too when they ask for evidence as I don’t really want too ? And will I get done for benefit fraud for not telling them
?

Just do a change of circumstance on your journal that she moved out. I can't see why they would ask where she had gone. It would only affect your UC if you get help with rent. Make sure you also let council tax know so that you can get a single occupancy discount if you are now the only adult in the household.

I doubt they'd need her actual new address. It would mean you might get less money so I don't think they'll need proof she's gone. The only proof would be letters in her name at her new address and as she's nothing to do with the claim, you'd never be asked to provide that for someone else? But just put it in the journal.

You could in fact be owed money if they have still been applying a non dependent deduction on your rent element ( if you claim help with rent ).

This is the message I got You have told us your daughter left the household on 10/06/2024. Please log into your Universal Credit account to report them from the date the change happened and select 'Home' then ‘Report a change' then 'Children and other people who live with you'. You need to report the change of circumstances by 04/09/2025, if you do not an agent will report it on your behalf.

If further information is needed, you will be contacted with details of what to provide and the date to provide it by. If you need more time to report the change or provide evidence, you must let Universal Credit know through your journal or by telephoning the service centre. You may get a telephone call from the jobcentre to review your claimant commitment. Any overpayments will be referred for recovery.

Just follow their instructions. She is too old for you to have been getting any Child Element for her so there shouldn't be any overpayment.
