To be really struggling? 😣

Posting in AIBU for more traffic I guess …
Recently turned 42, and all of a sudden I’ve started to really struggle with ageing and wondering whether I am alone in this or if it’s actually common?
I was generally a quite attractive, but plain/normal-looking woman, but always got told I looked younger than my age, until around 38ish. I take great care of my skin and have a great skincare routine and am lucky to have been blessed with good skin-genes tbh, but I now definitely have visible wrinkles (around eyes), under-eye bags & the worst of all, my hair is thinning something terrible 😞 I am getting more grey hairs too.
I’ve been in a 2-year relationship now with the man of my dreams, first ever relationship really that I’ve been truly happy in and have found myself a decent man, but my worries about my ageing are making me crazy with subsequent worries that he will no doubt look for a ‘younger model’ 😫
I’m wondering if there are any good books, podcasts, ‘influencers’ etc that help with women coming to terms with their ageing concerns that any of you lovely people could recommend?

I also started using the oil cleansing method about 10 years ago after reading about it on here.

That also made a big difference. I found that after using ordinary cleansers, my skin still felt dry and I looked like I had fine lines even after using moisturiser. But I started using that and the 'lines' just disappeared because my skin wasn't being dried out.

I use coconut oil. Which is also cheap and lasts forever!

It's not a miracle cure for anti ageing, though. I still look my age just a reasonably good example of it!

And drinking lots of water. That really does help.

Im 43 and stopped giving a stuff about things like this ages ago..its incredibly liberating (not sure what changed, having loads of kids probably)
Also I've been married 22 years so no fear of my husband finding a younger model. If your man loves you he wont either. Be kind to yourself

I personally don’t give a flying monkey if DH leaves me for a younger model , that’s really not why I am looking to achieve certain improvements

but I would like to not care tbh but not that close at all sadly!
