To not understand how someone can provide guidance on a different calorie weight loss amount for "non binary individuals"

I am trying to lose weight and was doing some googling and saw this webpage and I don't understand... I will upload a screenshot but it says "minimum calorie intake is "1200 for women, 1350 for non binary individuals and 1500 for men"

Surely non-binary is an identity not a biological reality and therefore the weight loss calorie level wouldn't be different ? I can't think of anything that would affect their calorie needs differently?.

So Sam Smith and Bella Ramsay (as 2 high profile people that call themselves non-binary) should have the same calorie intake? It’s almost like…it’s made up?!

🤣🤣 maybe they’re only identifying as someone who wants to lose weight?

I am tempted to identify as someone who wants to gain weight Grin

Well OBVIOUSLY non binary women have loads more sex than binary so they need the extra calories ............🙄😉

To be properly scientific, they would need to calculate all the extra calories needed for performing mental gymnastics.

You can probably risk an extra biscuit or two if you spend a lot of energy denying reality.

Perhaps you should be able to log it as an exercise on FitBit

Do you really think its ok to tell someone else that they're not allowed to call themselves by the name of the medical condition they've been told they have since birth? And how exactly do they determine which gender, given the doctors couldn't?
What a breathtakingly arrogant post.

Maybe do some reading around this before saying this out loud. Yes, there are only 2 sexes. Yes, sometimes a mistake is made at birth.
