To tell you that this morning I’ve officially lost 100lbs!

I’ve been hovering around this milestone for what feels like forever, but this morning I finally tipped into it! Feeling super proud of myself, it’s been a long time coming!

That is a huge amount OP, nearly the weight of me! You must feel like a different person. I think WLI will be a miracle for a lot of people and are going to save so many people from numerous health implications. I think they are an amazing thing!

That is some milestone, well done!! What a change, I hope you’re feeling better in yourself too - it’s great to see the scales moving in the direction you want.

I’m also on WLI, down 77lbs. I don’t think I could lose enough to get to 100lbs lost, I think realistically I’d like to lose another 7 and then I’m happy to maintain but it’s been life changing for me.

It is wild to think that between the WLI and the weight I’d lost before, I’ve lost an entire person!

Congratulations! I started at a huge weight, so to be honest I’d be happy to get another 2-3 stone off and then reassess but I’m having surgery next week and then I’m off on holiday, so I expect it to take a pause for a while!

Amazing. What an achievement. How do you actually feel. Do you have a new lease of life. A few years ago I managed to lose 2 stone (and put it all back on) and even things like being able to sit with my legs crossed was a revelation!! I started WLI on Tuesday and you're an inspiration!

I honestly can’t even measure how much better I feel. I was definitely depressed, I really struggled with seasonal depression but that’s just completely disappeared. I LOVE winter now, which I never expected to! I run, I enjoy the gym, I’ve started to shed some serious insecurities - I’m more comfortable in vest tops and dresses, I sometimes tuck tops into trousers and show the bottom of my stomach. I’m happy to wear a swimming costume around my family, I’m happy to wear shorts in public. The amount of energy I have compared to this time last year is astounding.

I’ve lost 75lbs or so on MJ and have also discovered the joy of a French tuck!

I’m not sure that what I do is classed as a French tuck, but it’s a massive step for me! It’s also so fun to just shop at brand stores that I never would have been able to a few months ago
