It's too much, had a cool bath and that helped for a bit - thought about going for a walk to sit under a treee or something but it just seemed to hot to even do that.

Rather annoying as I am on holiday this week.

I think most of us would be much better in the heat if we didn’t have such high humidity. Makes me tired sweaty and irrationally angry. Looking forward to a week of cooler weather and a bit of rain.
