To say I deserve this holiday ?

Going away with friends. We go every year. This year we have significantly upgraded the accommodation. Where we would usually be in a 2/3 star aparthotel, this year we have a 4* all singing/dancing hotel. We have also booked decent flights and not the antisocial time flights which we cheaper. I have struggled to afford the holiday but it was just about doable.
I have DH & teen DC at home. We have a family holiday booked.
Me and Dh work full time, I do EVERYTHING at home, every single bit of planning/organising/suggesting/thinking possible plus a lot of driving dc and ALL the cleaning/tidying/sorting. When needed, I've taken on extra work for cash and worked a total of 50 hours a week.
I feel bad for what I've spent on me for the holiday - £1k plus spending money. No one in the family has gone without to pay for this.

Go and enjoy yourself. You have fully earned it and it sounds as though you are like me in that you will have prepared a lot of meals for the freezer, got the laundry up-to-date and made all the arrangements for things that have to happen in the home while you’re away anyway. I really hope no one has made you feel guilty for taking this time. It is vital to have time away from your family when you bear so much of the administrative and mental load so enjoy yourself and don’t look back.
