I keep seeing people act like running on no sleep, burning out, or never resting is something to be proud of - like exhaustion is a badge of honour.

AIBU to think this mindset is toxic, unproductive, and kind of sad? Resting isn’t weakness - it’s basic self-respect.

I can’t imagine living a life where I wasn’t constantly on the go. It’s not exactly a choice for most of us, if we are going to survive and not rely on beneofts to help us do so.
