BST Hyde park guardian + child ticket

Me & my husband bought 2 guardian + child tickets for BST Hyde Park. Our children are between the ages 2-9 and this was the info shown before purchasing the ticket (screenshot below).

I’ve since joined a Facebook group for the event and people are saying you need one ticket for the child and one for the parent separately. So I’d need 4 tickets total.

Have I read the ticket completely wrong?

This is where I find that odd - It says I purchased 2 but nothing about a pair? I had to press a + button to make it 2

They won’t let you in if it’s incorrect, if they are at capacity they are at capacity and I doubt very much the staff checking tickets have the authority to make such decisions.

I don’t think it’s at capacity as there’s hundreds of tickets on resale still

But they have been sold

It is incredibly unclear! I don’t know the answer but it is really shit.

But when you click the plus, it skips the number 1 and goes straight to 2.

it then goes up in 2’s.

I think you should be OK.

1 guardian + 1 child (×2) = 2 guardians + 2 children to me. Which means 4 tickets altogether.

How have you got on?

I don’t think there’s much signal in there so might not hear back for a while/until tomorrow which fingers crossed means they are all in.

Hope you am survived the rain. My dd were both there and got very wet (my suggestions of cagouls / binbags to sit on had been firmly rejected 🤣)water got in phones and all.

I picked them up from the station about 11.45 and there was a load of people coming off the train who had been (we are on direct line from Victoria)

Woohoo! Well I guess we know that it is one child and an adult now. Great info for next year.
