Does anyone else find the Lynx lower body spray advert utterly nauseating?

I aporeciate that it is made in a jokey way, but feel that not only is it nauseating, showing people sniffing each other's crotches like dogs, but it encourages men to think they can neglect washing their arses/genitalia and simply spray them instead. Yuk.

Not convinced it isn't just some ad exec's fetish, tbh. Creepy af.

I really think stuff like this is horrible. It just encourages people to think spraying themselves with this shit is a substitute for washing properly. I’m so sick of people smelling awful now. It’s got gradually worse since Covid times. Unless someone has a very genuine reason why they can’t wash (disability etc) people need to wash. Every day. All of themselves. So many people kid themselves thinking they don’t need to wash every day and they do.

That and the other advert for lower body spray, where they call body parts by nicknames, both male and female...just go and shower you stinky mingers. It's bad enough working with a soap dodger who thinks BO can be covered with lynx without it being encouraged with more products he admits he doesn't wash himself or clothing to try to cover it when people are recoiling. 🤢

I'm concerned about the Sure Whole Body spray. It's aimed at women as well as men and it's just going to encourage people to spray their fanjo. Are they in cahoots with Canesten?

It’s like a lot of the current generation of ad creatives are obsessed with toilets and toilet humour right now. Lots of adverts of people sitting on toilets, the farting Andrex one, this bollock spray one, the pepto bismal one! Grow the fuck up advert people - it's pathetic
