I'm leaving the father of my child for emotional and mental abuse ( at times physically intimidating too).
He says if I leave then I need to sign a 50 50 childcare agreement. I plan not to do this.

Awful what I have been through. I just don't understand how somebody can have 0 empathy after I carried and birthed their child. It's just so alien to me. If I look to speak he says I'm looking to fight .. WTH.
