Should I change jobs again?

I've changed jobs a lot in my life, it's just how I am. I've never been without a job and I've sometimes moved for valid reasons like relocation.
Longest I've stayed in a role is about 2.5 years, and I do just want something I can finally stay in for at least a few years.

I'm in a role atm that I took via a recruitment agency as it's a foot in the door into a large organisation. I am applying for permanent roles here but it's not guaranteed. My current role is fixed term and they are usually extended but again it's not guaranteed.
Pays 26.7k for full time which I know is pretty low so I have to do overtime every week.
I do have qualifications and experience..I like the team I'm in but I know I'm in a very junior role and I need to be earning more.
Would I be unreasonable to look for a role earning around 30k? This sort of salary would mean I don't have to do overtime every week and can get a full weekend off.
However I feel stupid to keep changing jobs.

What kind of roles? In what industry? How old are you?

Other than this last time with finances being the culprit, and one other reason as "relocation" being the reason, why, generally do you change jobs so frequently, and what industry are you in?

When did you start this role? Why did you leave your previous role.
