To not attend work meeting?

Under investigation due to an incident which occurred outside of work.
I was suspended a couple of weeks ago following a ‘fact finding’ meeting. This meeting was held on Monday afternoon and I was notified of the meeting the Friday prior 6:30pm via phone call.
I have since received an email from HR with a letter attached to advise me that there will be an investigatory meeting on the 3rd of June. I emailed back within 2 hours to ask them to clarify the date given we are headed in to July. It’s been 7 days and I have had no response to that email.
How do I best navigate this?

I would phone them, and ask if the meeting is on 3 July. If you don't get an answer, eg no one will speak to you, send an email detailing this lack of communication. I would also attend on 3 July, if that is what is in your best interests.

I would phone for clarification of the date.

If you want the job and feel you have done nothing wrong, I would be cooperating.

Yeah pick up the phone. This is important.

Thank you for your reply.
There is no direct contact number, the emails was sent to the two colleagues involved in the case. There was no out of office reply. I will try and get in touch again on Monday.

I have co-operated fully, the investigation is still at an early stage and I have provided them with as much information as I had available. I appreciate your advice, I genuinely would love to keep my job.

It's obviously July as 3rd June is in the past?

I'm not sure why you would not go. It would be nice for posterity for them to clarify and as it's a serious matter it would have been professional of them to ensure the date was correct.

What could you have done outside of work that would result in your job being at stake? Do you have support and are you defending yourself?
