My mother in law is obsessed with him. She totally would.

Has she read the book written by a lady who was his kids nanny? She’d probably enjoy it. He comes across like a really nice guy

At the same time ?

Moonlog · 24/06/2025 12:46

😂

ConnieHeart · 24/06/2025 12:47

He was so brilliant in Friends
Phoebe: "Goldman? Are you sure you don't mean old man?"
DD: "(Crying) surprise, the hunk of beef has feelings!"

rowenwren · 24/06/2025 12:52

outerspacepotato · 24/06/2025 12:55

At the same time ?

Why not?

Along with aforementioned Joe Pesci 😂

susiedaisy1912 · 24/06/2025 13:14

He’s so funny in Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia

ReproachfulOwl · 24/06/2025 13:16

He’s a classic example of someone who is attractive despite having none of the attributes of conventional attractiveness.

Coffeeishot · 24/06/2025 13:54

I can't believe he is 80 though , I feel ancient.

AuntyHistamine · 24/06/2025 13:55

Now if you’d said Mrs Doubtfire I might have considered it

Harshreality · 24/06/2025 11:52

@HRTQueen I can't get past that scene in Pretty Woman when he's grabby. Or his tail in Shallow Hall.

Yes you have a point there

I love Throw Mamma off the Train and Ruthless People films that are not often mentioned anymore

Crucible · 24/06/2025 14:20

Romancing the stone. (Michael Douglas is a prat) Danny all the way. He was fucking hilarious, he always is. Also think Rhea Perlman is wonderful.

Dolamroth · 24/06/2025 14:21

Someone was asking on the baby names thread yesterday about a name pronounced Ira (it isn't spelled that way) and all I could think of was Ralph in Romancing the Stone, cursing cousin Ira!
I read an interview with him a while back and he trained as a hairdresser as a young man because it was the best way to meet girls and there wasn't any competition because the other male hairdressers weren't usually interested in women 🤣

Huh? That's not him in Pretty Woman. That's Jason Alexander.

CommissarySushi · 24/06/2025 09:34

He is?? Gosh. He looks good for his age then.

He really does! One of those faces that doesn't age like other people.
