Selling my home: Am I right to be this frustrated?

I’m in the middle of selling my property and honestly, I’m at my wit’s end with the estate agents.

-I’ve sent multiple emails to my agent but received no replies, apparently because she left. No one informed me until I called them up.
-I’ve had to chase every update by phone. Nothing proactive from them.
-The room measurements were taken, but since the agent left without recording them, a colleague now has to come back and take them again.
-They've missed 2 scheduled appointments. I rearranged my day both times.
-The second time, I waited at home, called them 15 mins after the appointment time, only to be told they’d be up to an hour late.
-I clearly explained I had to collect my child from school. I was assured a visit would take 15 minutes, but this wasn’t respected, twice in one week.
-I raised the issue of a sale sign being put up and, again, got no response. It's been almost 2 weeks and no sign is up.
-The floorplan with measurements was their key selling point, yet they have not provided it.

I understand that things can get busy, but this has all happened within just a couple of weeks. I’m now questioning whether I should even continue with them.
There’s a viewing booked for Monday. I’m giving it that chance. But if no offer is made, I'm thinking of cancelling the retainer. I’ve already sent an email, but things have continued to be handled incorrectly since then. Whenever something goes wrong, they put the branch manager on the phone to apologise, but at this point, apologies aren’t enough.

The total cost is £1,800 and frankly, I don’t think the service provided comes anywhere close to being worth it. It’s unfair for me to have to pay this fee when the service has been so poor. There are plenty of agents who would have done this job properly from the beginning.

Appreciate any insight or similar experiences. Not too sure what to do.

Get rid on the basis that they haven't done work contracted to do.

Why have you let it go on so long, cancel and find a more competent agent.

I would be looking to cancel the contract and finding someone else.

If they cannot get your appointments right and are too busy to reply/keep you updated now what chance is there of them proactively selling your house

Thank you. It’s now past the cooling-off period, and I’m concerned I’ll be charged to cancel despite the service being consistently poor.
