I've been sitting in a waiting room for a few hours, during which time Sky news has been on. For all that time, bar a few minutes of trump or downing street, it's been showing a live feed on Tehran on one side, and Jerusalem on the other.
Now I actually think it's a really positive thing (wrong wording but you get what I mean) that social media has allowed an insight into atrocities and the human impact and allows people to make informed decisions on how they feel about issues (propaganda and fake news aside)
But... They're chomping at the bit hoping to be able to stream a missile strike aren't they? This isn't about showing what happened, it's about actively waiting for something terrible to happen so that they can be the first to show it in real time, and that feels really uncomfortable and ghastly and inhumane... surely I'm not alone in thinking this?
(This isn't a thread about the current middle east conflict, nor which side is right (or, less wrong), it's about the principle in general)
