Iris Photography - creepy or amazing?

I have noticed more and more ads for iris photography. I find it really quite gross and creepy - am I missing something?

You can get a photo of your eye ball intertwined with the eyeball of your partner or child. You can even have your eyeball photo made into a lovely piece of jewellery. 😕

What do you think?

YABU It's beautiful and the OP is a philistine

YANBU It's gross and makes me worry about what's next - a photo of your inner ear - or worse?

My DD and I had it done, separate not smooshed together. The pic shows one above the other. We like it (she's 7) - we thought our eyes are almost identical but the close up photo shows the differences

I'm not surprised it's almost an even mix of love/hate it. Loving the pineapple rings comparison @JasmineAllen 😂
I'm actually a real lover of art, with a special interest in portraiture so that's probably why I'd much rather have a painting or photo of faces than just the eyeball 😅
