To often feel ill/sick when the weather gets suddenly hot?!

No health issues, healthy weight, in fact I’d say I’m quite fit. But whenever the weather gets suddenly hot like today, I lose my appetite ( but still eat and drink plenty of water) and can sometimes feel hot, a bit sick and shaky.

Anyone else?

Why is that? It’s not like it’s desert-like conditions today - just a lot warmer than it has been.

My DD and I feel ill in hot weather, lose appetite and feel restless. I love winter and autumn I feel so much better then.

I can sympathize as I am the same.

Low blood pressure? I’m the same. Currently in Greece which has been ‘a challenge’ to adjust to.

I didn’t know this was a thing!
Although to be fair, I wasn’t clear - I usually feel like this for the first couple of days of high heat, and then I kind of acclimatise to it. Feel sorry for those of you who get it for the whole summer!

I get this. One of the reasons I found visiting Florida in summer difficult, hot and humid outdoors and cold enough for a cardigan whenever inside. Just made me feel ill.
