Partner suddenly started wearing aftershave to work

My partner never used to wear aftershave at work or at home only if we went out for a meal. I bought him a prada aftershave for Christmas he’d still only wear it or any of his other ones for an occasion even after me saying I like it when he wears aftershave daily. But He’s recently bought 2 prada aftershaves and all of a sudden wearing them to work what’s your opinions am I being unreasonable for finding that odd?😅

I think you need to to soak his knob in said aftershave, just in case

I think you are overthinking. If there is nothing else, like suddenly being secretive with phone, going in early, staying late etc, then likely is he has just decided as humans do. I have recently cottoned on to fake hair. I am growing my hair and I have found a really good fake hair shop which doesnt hurt my head, so I am now using fake hair all the time, my hair is 18 inches. Never occurred to me to talk to my DP about it. I just did it and he said that looks nice. He didnt question me, or even think I reckon, that that must mean I want to look nice for someone else. I think he thought I want to look nice for me. I think you are paying way too much attention in a negative way to what he does. Only you know if this is because of you and your insecurities, or whether there are other things going on. My ExH left me for someone else, and he started with going to the gym and then it escalated and escalated but believe you me, I knew it was escalating! his attitude to me changed etc etc. If he is looking elsewhere you will know.

Given his past record, I would think he was at least interested in someone else. I know everyone on here will be saying it's like a woman wearing perfume, but it really isn't. I don't think I've ever read a thread like this where it hasn't ended badly for the OP.

You had no problem with him when he was cheating, had an STI and didn’t care about his appearance.

But wearing aftershave daily is a step too far?
