OMG I’m so mad at my DP!

I went out for the evening and my DP had someone in to redecorate our bedrooms. He replaced our (expensive) super king bed with a single bed and duvets on the floor, and the entire room was (badly) painted with trolls and superheroes! Our children had bunkbeds but the baby had to sleep on a hammock on the steps.

Obviously I was dreaming 😂 my DP just woke me up on the sofa where I’d wrapped myself in a blanket because I had a sore throat. I told him, jokingly, how mad I was at him, but honestly it’s taking me a while to calm down and go to bed properly. I don’t think I’ve ever been so angry, asleep or awake!

AIBU to ask, what is the worst thing you’ve dreamt your partner/family member did? (Lighthearted!)

I have a recurring dream that dh keeps a alligator in the spare room. We don't have a spare room and there is definatly no alligator in our flat.

In my 'defence' she was younger in the dream, in her 20s and was a good looking girl. Also I'm not gay, I don't know if that makes it better or worse. I'd like to think I was my Grandad in the dream

DH cheated on me, not only with my sister but also my aunt

Woke him up crying and saying “you’d tell me, wouldn’t you?”

He’s also sold the house without telling me and moved us all into a mouldy shit hole

It was me who sinned in my dream I broke up with DH and got married to Ken Livingstone, many years ago when he was Mayor of London, god knows why we live hundreds of miles from London. I made the mistake of telling my DH who thought it was hilarious and for ages after he would tell me when he had seen my other husband on the news or read some nonsense about him.
What I didn’t tell DH was that Ken was an amazing lover and great kisser otherwise I’m sure DH would have been very off with me the next day

I often dream about DH being mean to me. I will tell him about what he’s been up to once we’re both awake and he apologies for being an utter tool in my dreams 😆 A few years ago, DH was so awful to me that in my half awake / asleep haze I lashed out and kicked him in bed. I was furious and the fury just bubbled over. I am NOT a violent person in my waking life at all but apparently have a short fuse in my sleep 🙈

I’ve just bought a house with my partner but currently staying at my family home 40 mins away. I had a dream that he bought me a McDonald’s breakfast but then took it to the new house by mistake. When I said I was at my families he ate it. I woke up so mad for a min haha

I literally dreamt last night that my teenage daughter was drilling out my ex’s teeth with a pneumatic drill… he was unconscious. Myself and my sister were just watching 😂

Oh my goodness, I had one last night and woke up furious with my Dd. She (in rl) is in long term relationship with a lovely young man. I dreamed she told me that she’d been talking to a boy from school(not real), posh farmer type(so the type of bloke she hates) and was moving back an splitting her time between here and Amsterdam, where she lives. I was absolutely raging at her and she was telling me I was old fashioned and that’s just how things were. All the time we were in the Dales, in the middle of winter. Then a vintage car (red so I dream in colour) pulled up and this older man asked if she (called her by her name)needed a lift. We got in and I asked how he knew her and he was this lads father. Well, I was fuming again and demanded he let us out, so he did, in the snow by the side of the road in Yorkshire. Raging! 🤣🤣

I dreamt that he was a biscuit.
He's an ex now, but nothing to do with him being a biscuit.

Drifting off topic but slightly, but on the prophetic side of dreams, I once had a very involved one about being in my late Nanas kitchen with my late Mum who was furious with me because the police were on the way up to the flat to arrest me for stealing tuna. Not a Dan of tuna, I'm a salmon gal, so I was protesting my innocence and was shown a Victorian style warrant and everything.

Couple of days later, I was scrolling through news stories, and up came the story of the cleaner who was sacked from a big city firm for "stealing" a leftover tuna sandwich from a corporate event. (All in favour of perks on the job, personally) but I swear I had never heard of that story at any point prior to that dream.

Mine let Alice Cooper cut our grass, I was so embarrassed!! I had asked him and dd2 to do it and came round the corner and they were sitting there with drinks and snacks while Alice Cooper in full concert regalia dutifully marched up and down mowing away. I was really cross with both of them (not Alice obviously)

Oh crikey lol! My Husband once cheated in a dream and the next day IRL I was very moody with him!

I was furious with DH for bringing home a puppy. It was whimpering and I was Big Mad, no way was I getting up for a puppy he'd brought home. I woke up properly and realised it was newborn DS2 making noises

I dreamt that DH took the dog back to the rescue and came home with a different one because it was a nicer colour. I went absolutely mad at him when I stopped crying and woke up properly.

Also dreamed he had an affair with someone called Olive Green poor bloke woke up to me fast asleep yelling 'pack your shit and fuck off'!

Alice Cooper is a keen golfer, so probably has opinions on how to keep a nice bit of grass - your children were probably right to leave him to it!
