I've just seen some photos and honestly wouldn't have recognised her.
Not knocking her just i was shocked.

Looks like she's working out a lot.

I don't think it looks like she works out as she doesn't appear to have any muscle definition. She just looks extremely thin. Is it just me, or does her head look too big for her body?

Her mother, who has also struggled with her weight, is incredibly slim now too. I thought is was WLIs that they had taken too far. I do feel sorry for Kelly, she grew up slightly overweight and in the public eye.

I understand why Kelly had all those surgeries. She was attractive before, but not in a conventional way, and to be in that environment, surrounded by conventional beauties, must have been hard for her. I guess she had the money and thought, why not.

Glad it's not only me thinking her hair looks grey. It's a nice steely grey, but it's not blonde as the article claims. And as pp have said, I wouldn't have recognised her.

I think her jaw is what shocked me most.

To be fair, if I had her jaw and money, they jaw is the first thing I would get done as well. Her facial features are ok, it’s the jaw that wasn’t good.

she denies being on ozempic, says it’s just her mum that’s on it.

I think she looked lovely before, and would still look naturally pretty today,
but she looks great now.

I can understand why she changed her image so drastically, she clearly wasn't happy with her looks when she was younger. You can see how her style has changed as she got slimmer and her face was changed.

I hope she's happy with the result and stops there. It never looks great when people overdo it.

what's wrong with grey hair? There are a few young women with grey hair, natural or not, it was a fashion and some still like it.

I am older than her and not a single grey hair to show, but nothing natural about mine 😂

Those who say it’s all good if she’s happy - she will NEVER be happy. No one who grows up in that awful circus of her family life, dealing with totally fucked up teenage years by being exposed to the world at an age where you are extremely vulnerable, is ever going to be happy. It’s her parent’s fault. She has chronically low self esteem and no amount of fiddling with her face will help that.
