It’s very difficult to identify skin things from photographs, but I think it could be a seborrhoeic keratosis (my mother has a few of them). If you’re worried about it, speak to your GP.

I was coming on to say this, I think it’s an SK too. You can get rid of them but I don’t think the NHS does it.

I think it looks more like a sebaceous hyperplasia. Harmless but annoying and difficult to remove once you have one.

My best advice is that you use NHS 111 online. You can use this for skin problems, and it will tell you whether this needs to be seen by a doctor.

See the doctor. I’ve seen mine twice in recent years about new bits on my skin. Both times he’s been more than happy to look at it, diagnose it as something utterly harmless and send me on my way. When I said I felt that I was wasting his time he very quickly told me that he’d MUCH rather see things like that than something more sinister.
