To want to move house now?

Trying to keep this vague as have been outed before…

Tonight I interrupted a burglary attempt & I have good reason to believe that my next door neighbour is involved.

The neighbour saw me see him, I was very shaken up afterwards as you would imagine.

I’m a single Mum to two although to be fair, my eldest is a reasonably scary looking 18 yr old male.

I don’t feel like I want to live here anymore, AIBU to not want to live next door to someone to tried to rob me & knows I saw him?

@ChompandaGrazia No, his property is attached to mine & his is the last in the row of houses with a dead end. Now I’ve calmed down a bit, I’m not as sure as I was that he was involved but basically at least two blokes in a van drove off & 10 / 15 mins later, he comes walking up the culdesac in the middle of the night, on his own - from where & why?
