If they put you down a lot, spoke to you like a child, and even called you a 'fat fucking cunt' under their breath.

He sounds like a man child who's never grown up and still treats you the way he did when you were kids. I would tell your parents you're not prepared to be spoken to like that and you won't be visiting when your brother is at home.

Exactly, the fact that he's now a grown adult means he should get grown adult consequences.

Does he do this in front of your parents? Call him out on it everytime. If they tolerate this behaviour I would be cutting them all off.
