Would this annoy you as a parent?

I work in a nursery and a parent has messaged in asking what kind of paint we use at the nursery. They said it’s not coming out of their boys clothes after trying everything and they’re annoyed about it, saying they’d expect it be water based paint. Would this be something that would annoy you as a parent or would you just think it’s to be expected at nursery?

It’s a simple question really what if they wanted to check the toxicity as well lol they can ask as parents of children you are paid to look after. Your reaction seems like you aren’t using washable paint maybe acrylic?

I'd expect nursery paint to come out with a bit of Vanish. I'd be cross if it didn't.

It's really annoyed me and I have talked about sending in a similar message why on earth don't they either use washable paint or put aprons on them?
