AIBU to find 💯 of YouTube ads not only irrelevant to me but also repetitive to the point of me wanting to throw my phone across the room. The xylophone on one of them - is it revolut? I shout “ not relevant to me !” In the sad hope that the Dumpkopf algorithm might hear me and HAVE MERCY ON MY NERVES.
revolut
monzo “MONZO ME? I’VE GOT THIS!” 😣
abs of steel - various
car finance (I didn’t ever buy cars with finance - stop advertising at me you A**les!)
It makes me determined to never patronize these companies - having said that ads have never once been relevant to me on youtube.
Maybe intelligent people go ad free?
Who can stand these ads?

This is why I have YouTube premium. Zero adverts. £12.99 a month, though I think they do a couple of months free for new subscribers

I despise YouTube ads so much, because I'm so used to tiktok ads that are little bit more tailored to what I might actually buy, whereas YouTube are just chucking them out there for anyone and everyone it seems .

I pay for YouTube premium and it is so much better without adverts, ad blockers didn’t work that well and I couldn’t be arsed with trying to find one that did

Firefox as browser using the extensions AdBlock Plus, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials and uBlock Origin (possibly don't even need all three, but they're all free) and you won't have any ads again. Oh, and keep them up to date if anything changes.
