What would your desert island final meal be?

Starter, main, dessert and drink.

i’d go with bruschetta with mozzarella to start with, fish and chips for main, chocolate mousse for dessert and a spiced rum and coke to drink

Starter: pan seared scallops with pancetta, garden peas and basil oil. Celeriac purée

Main: surf and turf: medium rare fillet steak, lobster tail, drawn butter, bernaise sauce, frites AND creamy mash, caesar salad on the side

Dessert: passion fruit semifreddo with torched Italian meringue and cherry sorbet. Chantilly cream on the side and white chocolate shavings. Cherry and peach salsa.

To drink: a really nice albarino with the starter, tempranillo with the steak, a gin sour and a macchiato alongside the dessert.

Starter crusty bread with butter and creamy vegetable soup.
Main would be mashed potato, sausages and beans
Dessert would be Christmas pudding with custard and a glass of white grape shloer

Melon balls in champagne with Parma ham and white asparagus to start
Lasagne for main
Tiramisu for dessert
and the best Sangiovese-based red wine to drink.

Starter - very light crispy borek
Main - barramundi with guacamole on sweet potato mash with brown rice.
Dessert - salted caramel san Sebastian cheesecake
To drink - virgin mojito

Cheesecake with cream
A nice red wine

Starter - crab tacos
Main - mole chicken with baked sweet potato, avocado with lime and a green salad.
Pudding - Homemade strawberry frozen yoghurt.
Drink - Fever Tree Pink Grapefruit soda.
