Are you a crap friend?

Not malicious or toxic - just not great at replying, not always emotionally available, or you fall off the radar when life gets busy? I’ve been thinking lately about how hard adult friendships can be to maintain and whether we’re more crap at it than we like to admit.

Unfortunately I think I am. Great at making friends but don’t see to last. Have lost most of my very old friends.

Like me. I have quite a few long distance friendships and I realise it is because you don’t have to do much

I don’t think I’m a crap friend. I’m busy, as most people are, and struggle time wise but if my friends were experiencing a difficult time or needed me I would prioritise them. I think my intentions are pure but I’m time poor.
