Mortgage in Principle...will it go through?

I overthink always which I know is unhealthy, but I've put an offer in for a house which has been accepted, my mortgage in principle has been agreed but suddenly I'm overwhelmed with doubt as to whether I'll get an actual mortgage offer.
I have a bit of poor credit history so I'm with a specialist mortgage lender.
Can anyone offer reassurance? I have a large deposit and the actual mortgage is only for around £30k.

Who did you do your mortgage in principle with? Did they give an indication, based on your credit rating the likelihood of being accepted?

That’s a tiny mortgage - I suppose the risk to the lender and therefore their propensity to lend will depend on what % equity this represents. If you are buying a million pound house, not an issue; if it’s a £130k house in an area with uncertain house sales then I can see it might be more in the balance. All lenders care about is not losing money through avoidable risk.
