To ask what you feed your children

I know this isn’t good but I have a strict diet, I’m coeliac so can’t have any gluten, I have a dairy allergy and because of another condition I can’t have sugar, sweeteners or anything acidic.
Because of this I have a very restrictive diet which means all my food is natural and unprocessed.

In a bid to shield my children 7 and 9 from my own diet I cook separately so they can have pasta dishes and chicken nuggets etc.
I’m now worried I’ve over compensated and my children don’t have a healthy diet, I have lost where the line is because mine is so exceptionally healthy and there’s seems to be unhealthy in comparison.
They typically have

breakfast
toast and spread or a pastry like croissant or pan au chocolate.

Packed lunch
ham sandwich, yogurt, chocolate bar and a piece of fruit for break time snack.

dinner
spag bowl
pork chop, chips beans
pasta and chicken in sauces
chicken nuggets
sausage and mash
curry
chicken and rice in a sauce
Sunday is always a roast

Snacks are
crisps
fruit
cheese string
crackers
pop corn
pretzels
savoury biscuits
cheese

The only veg they like are carrots so they have those with most meals, they don’t like salad which I eat a lot of.
They eat the same but one is very skinny and the other quite big. Dad is a big build and doesn’t eat well but then I don’t expect them to follow my diet of meat salad or vegetables because they are children and don’t want to and mines medical.
what do you typically give your children?

My children are autistic so it's slightly different. They used to eat really well but have recently become very restrictive.

They will always eat:
toast and spread of some kind, cereal, all fruit, most veg, sweets, chocolate, pasta dishes (one will eat with bolognaise), fish fingers, chicken nuggets, rice, roasts, pizza, crackers, one eats crisps the other eats popcorn.

Sometimes eat:
jacket potatoes, beans, cheese, chips, fish, sausage and mash.

Rarely or never eat:
Wet food like curries, eggs, dips.

We just keep offering them new things. It takes a lot of attempts for them to try something new but they often do eventually.

Honestly what you’ve listed is probably what the majority of people feed their children.

Your dinners and snacks sound mostly good, breakfast and lunch could be improved with wholegrain cereals weetabix, porridge and different toppings, egg on toast, etc
Lunches you could replace the chocolate bar with something homemade like flapjacks, blueberry muffins and add some veg. Carrot sticks and dip maybe.

Personally I would also drop the processed meat like ham and sausages as they are a proven carcinogenic.
