Should I just accept I’ll always be a little bit fat

Without thinking or trying my body always ends up at around 150 pounds. I go to the gym, I eat healthy meals (just very filling portions), walk the dogs etc but when I am not on an active diet plan ie I allow myself to snack I always end up at 150 pounds. I have lost the same 25 pounds at least 7 times in my life. I’m 5 foot 3 with big boobs and a big butt. I do actually feel pretty slim at this weight. Clothes look pretty good on me as a I have a hour glass figure. I mean there’s definitely fat I can on my body which I don’t love. But I only feel bad when I go out my way to grab it in the mirror.

Should I just stop fighting the inevitable?

Or am I looking for the easy way out (I’m on day 6 of my summer diet)

You sound gorgeous. Being a little bit fat is actually a good thing, you won’t look gaunt or wrinkled early on and a little extra weight means looking years younger.

if you lose weight your breasts will be the first thing to disappear

I don’t know who decides what’s fat and what’s not but focus more on what food goes into your body and more on gaining muscle and fitness and worry less about being a ‘perfect’ size or shape. It doesn’t exist and it’s a waste of time trying to chase it

If you're happy and at a weight that enables you to live a happy life and doesn't put you at risk of health issues, I don't even know why you'd question it.

If you are at risk of health issues, that's an informed risk for you to take a decision on, noone else.

The best thing about being an adult is having choices.

68kg? Sounds quite heavy at your height. But you say you’re hourglass. Waist to hip ratio is important!
