What has happened to the chicken breasts?

I know how this is gonna sound but please hear me out, I’ve been thinking about this since last night!
I pretty much only eat chicken breasts over any other part of the chicken, obviously been buying them for years and recently I have noticed that they have so much more tendons and parts that you have to cut off compared to how it was before? I’m talking like years? I don’t remember being like this before? And after that you are left with maybe a half of breast. Seriously it’s been bothered me! Before I could maybe cut off a small side piece of tendon and that’s it but lately like I said I noticed there’s so much fatty bits and tendons and everything.
Am I crazy?

I know we all like a good moan, but isn't there a solution whereby the 600,000 NEETs, unemployed etc could be employed doing this type of work? That would make them contribute to society instead of being drains which makes everyone better off?
Or change the law so asylum seekers can do such work whilst waiting for case outcomes? Or even prisoners to get work experience?
Surely there are solutions to these labour shortages that don't involve poaching workers from other countries that simply impoverish other countries and drive down wages in the UK? Or do we (well you) simply prefer a good moan?

Aldi is the worst for that,iv actually stopped eating chicken.

Chicken thighs are more expensive now than breast at aldi!
