What are you looking forward to this weekend? What are you not looking forward to? I’m looking forward to a chilled out evening once everyone’s in bed. Reading and eating chocolate 😅not looking forward to tackling the washing and painting..

Looking forward to chilling out, doing some sewing, not having to dash around all over the place.

Not looking forward to housework, cutting my elderly neighbours grass (why did I offer?), meeting ex dp for handover and preparing for work next week.

Just hung first load of washing on the line, and another load in the machine. Let's hope the local farmer doesn't decide to burn a load if stuff lime they usually do as soon as the nice weather starts!
Then have DS 13th birthday today. Have let him sleep in unsteady of doing swimmimg lessons - that way he can do presents when DH is back with our other DS. Then he's out to laser tag with hid friends this afternoon whilst I stay home with youngest.
Small lie in tomorrow as have an hour drive to go to a Sunday lunch as it PIL diamond wedding anniversary meal (was a couple of days ago, but this is the celebration for family and few of their friends). I get lunch cooked and no washing up for mothers day - so guess that's a win!
Hope the sun stays out all weekend!

DS coming for the weekend.Mothers Day ,having a big Roast Beef Sunday lunch all the trimmings (kindly cooked by our friend) Sunny weather forecast and chatting about his oncoming wedding .Lots of chatting and chilling out.In recovery from Cancer/chemo last year .Appreciate each moment
