You need an oven dish.
Into the dish out 200g (ish) of orzo, a pack of diced chicken (c.400g), a 500g jar of passata, a diced onion, a diced pepper, garlic, salt/pepper, smoked paprika, little bit of cumin, spoon of brown sugar, and 250ml chicken stock. Mix it together, cover, and cook at 180 for 30-45 minutes (I check it after 30 and if it needs longer I put it back). Once done, sprinkle on some grated cheese and put back in uncovered for a few minutes to melt it.
