Hi all so a little confused so my front garden boundary wall is bricks and I’m with a housing association. Can I 1. Ask them to fix it as it’s a front garden boundary wall 2. Can my neighbour dispute it even tho il give them access in my front garden . It’s got a huge crack in it and looks very unstable just worried it will collapse and hit 3 kids my side my neighbour has no kids but is a very grump old man very stuck what to do

Take photographs, phone your housing association and report it, follow up with an email with photos attached. How high is the wall? If it is a high wall, a collapse could be lethal.

If both sides are housing association, the housing association has the right to do repairs. If they think it is dangerous they will repair it as a priority.

Stop looking for problems that might never happen.

Innocent passers by have been killed and injured by collapsing walls. That is why I asked how high it is.The housing association should be informed about any damage to their property so they can inspect it.
