Any tips to get more views please - that boring house with the 'man cave'

Part two of my thread, with much thanks to everyone who made suggestions about the original Rightmove listing. Most though not all of them have been carried out with the EA's swift and helpful cooperation.
Price down from £230 to £210.
Any thoughts about how it looks now would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think the photos jump around from room to room and it would 'flow' better if the photos took you through a tour of the house to get a better sense of it.

I agree. I wonder if it is reasonable to ask the EA to change this again... Feels as if I am telling them how to do their job.

You’re paying them, so if you want changes, I think it’s reasonable to ask. They just need to change the order so they flow better. It does look so much better now though and I think you’ve done everything you can to encourage viewings and offers.

Can you ask the estate agents to label the photos - some do, and it makes it much easier to know which bedroom you're looking at (for example), especially as the rooms are empty, so it can be hard to know if you're seeing bedroom 1 again, or are now looking at bedroom 2.

It looks bright and clean - I didn't see the previous listing but this one looks good.

I think it's reasonable to ask. I think they should have done a better job in the first place. The reality is it's your most important asset while to the agent it's one of many sales

My house went on the market today and I asked them to reorder the photos and delete one which didn't look good. Definitely don't be afraid to ask them to do it

The photos do look better and I'm glad the man cave photo has been removed!

Is pic 9 and 10 the exact same room, but taken 1m to the right and with the flowers removed? Bit odd to have both pics if it is indeed the same room. I agree, it would be easier if the pics were labelled, because its still confusing what we are looking at.

Can't comment on price but looks a very pleasant house, could be easily lived in as is, if no spare funds.
Garden not child friendly but again, may not be an issue
