15 month old sleep advice

My 15 month old was a great sleeper and slept through the night consistently since she was 12 weeks old until 6.30-7pm. However since she’s turned 1 year old her morning wake up time has been anywhere between 4.30 - 5.30am, and to make matters worse she is so noisy that she wakes our other toddler so everyone is awake and tired too early each morning. I feel like I have tried everything from earlier bedtimes, later bedtimes, less naps, more naps but nothing seems to make any difference. She is still in our bedroom at the moment due to renovating the other bedrooms. She’s so tired in the morning that sometimes she is back in bed for a nap by 8am.
desperately seeking some advice.

They only need so much sleep in 24hours and this reduces over time. You've been very lucky in sleeping through from 12 weeks, so probably haven't had to think about whether the routines, naps and sleep balance need tweaking. An early morning wake up time where they are up for the day but content etc until they're tired again means you may be aiming for too much sleep. Between ages 1 and 3 they on average need 11-14hours total sleep. At 15m I'd suggest probably one nap if she isn't already on this, and mine certainly could not tolerate a 12hr night beyond the age of 1, or more than 12.5hrs total sleep, without early wakes. But they are all different and have different needs. What time does she nap and go to bed?

Thank you. Recently this has been a typical day:
awake 5.15am
first nap 8.45am for 1 hour
second nap 1pm for 2 hours
bedtime 7pm

I know she is probably napping far too much during the day, however it’s like a vicious circle when she wakes so early and then gets tired so early in the morning.
i recently gave her one nap (12.30- 3pm) consistently for 5 days however this made no difference whatsoever to morning wake up as she still woke before 5.30.

The one piece of advice I've found always helps is to not be afraid of an early bedtime to prevent an early wake during nap transitions.

Could you try the one nap starting earlier (say 11.45), then bedtime at 6.30?

Just go to bed earlier and make sure you're getting enough sleep that way.

Its easier than trying to fight their natural sleep wake cycles.

It won't last forever.

The 2 naps and overall nap length will likely be the issue. Are you still putting to bed at 7pm when doing one 2.5hr nap at 12.30? If so they are doing 10.5hrs overnight which is very normal/reasonable especially if sleeping through, plus 2.5hr nap, which is 13hrs total sleep. They may not need that much, as I say the total average range is 11-14hrs. I'd love to have a 14hour kid but by 12m mine only needed 12-12.5 hours. I'd do 1 nap at 12 or 12.30 for 2.5hrs max and push bed to 7.30. Consistently for 10 days, it takes a while to adjust their body clock.

Earlier bed I think would only work if you are dropping a lot of day sleep ie a nap of 1.5-2hrs, otherwise IMO you're aiming for above average sleep in 24hrs. Your baby is telling you they're not tired enough to sleep longer, putting them to bed earlier won't fix that in my experience but they are all different so I don't want to suggest this hasn't worked for others!
