To think overeating/binge eating can be a VERY hard cycle to break out of

This, really.

A diet/exercise please is hard to adhere to when you start on a definite day like January 1st or whatever. What I’ve found is, it’s 100 times more difficult to restart once you’ve come off.

Overeating junk food and procrastinating on starting your diet is such a hard habit to break and takes a HUGE amount of determination

my heart goes out to anyone currently suffering this. You’ll get there !

It's hard but people like to exacerbate how hard it really is, in order to justify their inaction.

Yes I agree. I’m naturally slim but would be in big trouble if I wasn’t, I know it’s only luck that I binge and don’t put on weight. I’m sure the amount of sugar I eat isn’t good for me though. My weakness is chocolate. I can easily eat a sharer bar every night after the kids are in bed. I’ve tried so hard to kick it but it’s my only vice.

Yes, it's pretty well documented that it can be very difficult for some.
