Has anyone got a fire that works with a remote like this and can help?! (Pic attached). Very stressed as due to go away in the morning…

The remote in the photo isn’t doing anything. It says it has some battery left. Does anyone know why it wouldn’t be working?

You've turned off the gas supply do there's no gas to burn whatever the remote control "wants to do", so perfectly safe.
