I had scrambled eggs, toast and mushrooms for breakfast.
3 Ryvita with low fat soft cheese for dinner
and for tea I’m having tandoori paneer, Raita and cucumber, tomato and shallot salad (Gousto)
I only got the Gousto because I had a 65% off code, I’d never pay full price. Happy to share mine if anyone’s interested(only for first timers, so I used my work email) (For openness I will add that I get £20 credit for everyone that uses it)
Edited to add, please no hate about sharing the Gousto code, I’m not bothered if no one uses it, just if you were thinking of trying it, it’d be worth using.

Nothing so far but am having a roast chicken Sunday dinner soon. Will probably manage just over half of it.

Im on mounjaro!

Weetabix with banana and apple.

Ryvita with garlic and herb cream cheese, large side salad.

For dinner it's dirty rice. And too much dessert in the form of millionaires cheesecake and chocolate gateaux.

I am trying to very seriously up my vegetable and fruit intake and have been madly googling things like 'Mediterranean diet'. I have been making vegetable fritattas a few times a week which i then eat cold and sliced for breakfast. I have always eaten alot of fruits and veg but have gotten into a rut of eating mainly the same fruit and veg (potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, sweetcorn etc- not very interesting).

Today;

B- spring green and onion frittata with beetroot and radish salad on the side (I like savoury for breakfast). I made the frittata on Thursday and have now run out so tomorrow will make another one possibly with olives and tomatos in it.

L- Hummus with olives, pine nuts, pickled cauliflower and pita bread

D (planned for ) -tomato, basil and mozzarella puff pastry tart with asparagus. I also made a nice coronation chicken for sandwiches this week so might have a dollop of that on the side.

Pudding (planned for) - vanilla ice cream with berry compote which I made earlier today.

I had two crumpets with marmite & a slice of cheese for breakfast.

Slice of French stick with avocado with lemon for lunch.

For dinner I’m making teriyaki marinated chicken, and a feta cous cous salad.

Porridge with fruit and coffee for breakfast. Some fresh fruit and a protein shake for lunch. The last little bit of soda bread made yesterday with a cup of tea at 3.00 and just finished a piece of fillet steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas and baked potato, followed by some fresh fruit with Greek yoghurt and a cup of coffee.
