What do you pay in the south/south east?
Availability round here seems limited, have been quoted £40-45ph but not got much to compare it with.

£75 for two hours in the south east. Thank goodness they've passed now!

That’s what we’re paying too. Also south east. Book in blocks of 10 x 2 hours

£36 ph - Somerset

£30 for an hour

£40ph, near Cambridge.
Both my boys paid £30ph as ds2 (2023) got mates rates from the instructor and then for some reason he charged ds2 (summer/autumn 2024) the same.

£48 an hour in SE for automatic lessons. Geared would have been £40-45 I think.

£40/hour in Gloucestershire, and honestly shopping around isn’t an option here, there is almost zero availability, so much demand that waiting lists are closed- I had to go with the first instructor with space and it took 18 months to find one!

This is what it feels like here
I feel lucky one person has responded with availability! Just worried I can't see that much of an online presence or recommendations but searching through old Facebook community posts I can see him recommended a couple of times.

It's like good builders - it's making me suspicious that he has got space straight away 😆
