I think the youngest the uk has conscripted people is 18, I agree 16 is really young. But it’s fight or get taken over by putin.

Any views on the UK conscripting during WW2? Or 80+ countries around the world who still have national service. My cousin just started his and if we were at war, that's where he would be heading. During the time of peace he is doing his national service in police force.

Can you imagine them having conscription here ? Look at lack of concentration and issues in schools - I don't think it would work out well.
A Professional Army/Navy/Airforce is much better.
