I’m looking for a truly great spa experience, whether in the UK or abroad. I’d love to hear about places with amazing facilities, top-tier treatments, and a really relaxing atmosphere. Bonus points if it’s solo-traveller friendly!

Where would you recommend, and what made it stand out?

For all the woodlands recommendations, do you recommend taking overnight and booking on of the spa break deals? We are thinking of booking a few nights away after our wedding

Woodlands and definitely stay over, they had the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The Grotta Giusti in Tuscany. An incredible experience!

The Old Course Hotel & Spa (& Golf, obviously!) at St Andrews
