Dragging myself through life

At the moment. Not sure what’s going on, but don’t remember feeling this low in a long time, anyone the same?

Any tips/small things to keep going/that make you feel better?

I feel much better when I make myself go out into nature for a walk with the dog and family. Most of the time it all seems an effort at the moment

How to get that spark back?

Agree with this. I went to the southern hemisphere for February one year and it made a huge difference.

Solidarity OP. I'm struggling at the moment.

That sounds like a very good idea. I keep thinking about booking a holiday

I am the queen of happy and positivity after my iron transfusion, I didn't realise how my low iron was dragging me down.
I had to pay for it though as my local NHS don't cover them unless you are almost dead.

Lol at the last bit 🤣

How did you find out you were low? Routine blood test?

Haha yes, you need to get your iron and ferritin done. I did that at the GP as the private wing costs £200 to do them. Most people don't absorb iron pills that well and it can take 6 months of pills to feel any better.
