To ask how to stop eating sugary snacks?

Hi all,

Posting here for traffic as I'm really finding this difficult. I really want to stop eating sugary snacks as I know its not good for me and I feel rubbish afterwards but I just can't. I have a big event in a few weeks that I want to look and feel my best for (both physically and mentally) but even this isn't helping.

I would say I eat a pretty good diet overall, I usually have 2-4 portions of fruit and minimum 1 or 2 veggies (but usually more), but I'm just in a bad habit with mid afternoon chocolate and a sweet treat after dinner. If anyone has any tips or tricks let me know!

The protein chocolate bars that have no/tiny amount of sugar in them are great and no sugar jelly pots

Cold turkey I’m afraid.

or if you want to wean yourself, switch to one singular good quality hot chocolate.

I use clipper which is just cocoa powder and sugar that you add to hot milk. It’s delicious, feels decadent. Full fat milk fills me up and helps with the sweet craving.
