Is a phonecall after a job interview a good sign?

Sorry posting here for traffic lol.

I’ve been trying to get back into work since I had my baby. I’ve applied for several jobs and have had 3 interviews so far since January. The other 2 were unsuccessful. The first one the manager texted me to ask me of my availability for a call tomorrow.

the job is for a cosmetics counter in a department store. How likely is it that I’ll get the job? This is the job out of them all that I was most after. Praying this goes well.

Thanks so much girls. I can’t believe it. Yesterday the manager sent out the starter forms and the right to work stuff I had to fill out. It feels really official now. For anyone asking store approval interview is basically when the store managers meet you and ask questions about customer service etc and I’ll be getting clients to the chair to demo products etc. I hope I pass but I should do. I’d be devastated if I didn’t.

Sounds like you’ll be fine. Pre-employment checks is usually done last as it takes time and sometimes money for a company to hire someone. Sounds promising
