To console myself that all the flat tummed, bronzed legged women I saw today weren't very pretty facially?

I saw a fair few muffin tops but mostly lots and lots of pretty dresses and skirts - where do they all come from? They don't seem to come from normal shops - it's weird.

MrsGuyOfGisbourne · 07/05/2008 09:59

Hassled - they have hoarded them from previous years... |Every time I pluck up courage to ask someone where she got somothting, they always say - bought in M&S - five years ago...

VictorianSqualor · 07/05/2008 11:45

Ha, yes, or 'camden market' or something equally as impossible to find again.

I actually had a dress I bought from a charity shop that I adored, lost it and couldn't find it again because it was about 3 years old.

Luckily I found the exact dress on ebay a year later

VictorianSqualor · 07/05/2008 13:31

Ah, got it.
We sued to call them 'Monets' at school because of the film clueless.

LambethLil · 07/05/2008 13:50

Monet is so much more erudite- I'm guessing it means lovely from a distance, not so great close up?

VictorianSqualor · 07/05/2008 13:51
